New Features and Enhancements

• (7332) Starts and Completions Report: improved layout, date filtering now works in more intuitive fashion, ability to group by different attributes, all user fields included in CSV export.

Bugs Fixed

• (7197) Active Login Report: sort users by login date.
• (8899) Ensure that list of report export options stays consistent after report refresh.
• (10338) Active Login Report: only list users from organization that the report is being run for, even when user has greater scope.
• (10399) Takers and Exceptions Report: remove date range parameters.
• (10408) Allow 'change password' link to be hidden in my profile.
