New Features and Enhancements

• (10502) Starts and Completions Report: add summary report on top of existing detail report. Include chart of starts and completions over the reporting period.
• (10522) Login History Report: new report that shows all login attempts for users over a specified period of time.
• (10523) Activity Usage Report: new report that shows training usage over a specified period of time.

Bugs Fixed

• ( 4812) Removed old Historical Login Activity Report (replaced by new reports).
• ( 9508) Updated billing eligibility view to handle all known courses used by TPC (TPC, Marcom, Intellischematic, CiNet). Generic version of view deployed to non-TPC clients.
• (10464) Active Login Report: only show organizations in filter list that descendants of current organization being administered.
• (10539) Reports: location filter for reports should present list as a hierarchy if appropriate.
• (10600) Group Activity Report: timeout while populating department and location lists.
