Bugs Fixed

• ( 9545) SCORM Run-time: correct SCORM 1.2 'lesson_status' conversion. Do not set success status to 'unknown' if it has not been previously altered.
• (11438) Reports: do not require an active session record in the database. Allow for latency in replicated data.
• (11441) Correct path of file in resource details information.
